Delivery Details
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for any shipments with alcohol. UPS will attempt to deliver twice to the participant's household. After that, the shipment will be re-routed to a local UPS Access Point, where the participants will have a few days in order to pick up the kit. If the kit is not picked up during this time, the kit will be returned to KraftyLab. At this point, the kit can no longer be re-routed.
How to prepare your workspace
To prepare your space you will need only a flat surface upon which to lay your drinks and a comfy chair to enjoy the experience.
Joining your virtual experience
At the start of your session click the link we provided via email to join your team and get Krafty! Please join with audio and video so we can all meet and interact. Try to position your device in such a way that you can work hands-free with a clear view of the screen and camera.
Other questions
Where can I find the video call link?
In most cases, you can find the link to your video call in your calendar invite or in an email that your event organizer sent you. If you can't find it, contact your event organizer.
My kit hasn't arrived. What should I do?
It's rare, but sometimes mail gets lost or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you gave us your email address when signing up, you would have received tracking information when it was dispatched so you can see your package's location and can contact the carrier directly. If you're still having no luck, let your event organizer know, and we'll do our best to get you a replacement kit asap.
Can you send me instructions for the experience?
If you'd like to receive step-by-step instructions for the experience so you can do it again, just ask the instructor. They can send out the instructions to participants after the class ends!
