We will send you an invoice as soon as your headcount is finalized (usually 14 days before your experience).
All of our invoices are issued via email with the subject “Virtual WORKSHOP OF CHOICE Date” (e.g. Virtual Terrarium Workshop 11/25).
We may need to issue a second invoice after the experience to account for any last-minute charges such as extra participants or expedited shipping.
Credit cards are our preferred payment method.
