We know plans change. If you need to reschedule your experience, just find the calendar invitation we sent you and scroll down to the bottom where it says Need to make changes to this event? Select the Reschedule link to rebook your experience at a more suitable time.
Mistake bookings and cancellations
If you made a booking by mistake and want to cancel it (we know, it can happen!), just find the calendar invitation we sent you and scroll down to the bottom where it says Need to make changes to this event? Select the Cancel link to cancel the experience.

Need help to cancel or reschedule?
If your event is happening in the next 2 weeks or you cannot find the calendar invitation to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us and we’ll take care of it!
