Participant Address Collection Form
After your booking confirmation, we’ll email you an Address Collection form for the experience. You’ll just need to share this with your participants so they can provide their complete shipping address. Each participant opens the link and fills in the required fields to privately submit their addresses (addresses are not visible to the group).
If you have everyone's information readily available, you can also populate one of our custom spreadsheets directly. Just send us an email if this is the case.
Deadlines
All US addresses need to be submitted at least 14 days before the experience and international addresses at least 21 days before the experience to make sure all participants receive their kits in time. After these deadlines we may need to charge an expedited shipping fee.
Note: For privacy concerns, all address submissions are not visible to the organizer or other participants. If you need an updated headcount, just send us an email and we’ll get that info to you right away.
