Yes! While Zoom is our preferred platform, we are flexible and can accommodate other web-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, and more. Please note that certain experiences may require specific functionality, like breakout rooms or the ability for guest hosts to share their screens. We are happy to hop onto a tech check with you prior to the event to ensure that we have everything we need to conduct a successful event.
A small number of our events, particularly those involving live instruments or sound-based activities, may only be conducted on Zoom. If you would like to request this for another platform, a tech check is required prior to the event to ensure that we are able to deliver a high quality experience.
